If you need a better reason to get some sleep other than your own need, you will be happy to know that it is essential for your child to get consolidated sleep at night. So, while it is normal to have night feedings during the newborn stage, your infant NEEDS to sleep through the night once they are of the right weight for them. Sleep deprivation is detrimental to learning and memory and your child is doing more learning and development during their first part of life than any other time. Most parents tell me their child is fussy and seems tired all the time when they come to me, that's the biggest sign it is time to make a change. I understand that every child is different and every family is different, but that's why I love this job so much. I am able to tailor my program to every family based on their parenting style and their child's demeanor.

I am a strong believer that sleep is important and the work it requires to get your child sleeping through the night is worth it, but I also think it is important to do it in the quickest way with the least amount of upset for the family. That is the hardest part when you are trying to do it on your own. I strongly urge you to check out my consultation packages and also my do-it-yourself plans if you don't think you need the hand-holding that I think most people need. The reason I think most parents need the hand-holding is because unexpected things happen that aren't textbook and while it may be impossible for you to know that it could cause set-backs, I have seen it all and will know immediately to change something or how to help to get things moving the quickest. My newest product is an ebook for parents with Newborns who can expect to get 12 hours of sleep a night by 12 weeks of age. That is the easiest way to avoid sleep training al-together. Let me know if there is a concern or any questions because I am here for you! Let me know what you think!

Hi! If you are here, you must need more sleep in your life?! I absolutely love sleep, and when I became a parent, I knew my days of sleeping in were over. But I was determined not to live without enough sleep. After struggling with sleep with our first son for 10 months before we even saw a full nights sleep (even after "cry-it-out), we knew we couldn't make it that long with our second. And then after 2 kids in 2 years, I found myself with two babies that wouldn't sleep and I was at the end of my rope within months.

That's when I set out to find all the answers... and I found them! I really just want to help every parent and child to get enough sleep to live a happy and healthy life. It is possible, and while it may take some work and consistency, my program is so effective it works every time. I promise you that you can stop wondering if this will work for you, because it absolutely will.
